You want my opinion? No. Unfortunately, we live in a very closed-minded society. I know this because ever since I have been a part of yahoo answers, I have noticed how many people are extremely judgmental...the numbers are huge!
No. Probably not. There will be some kind of compromise, but it well never be the ';same';.
Hopefully or they can move to Canada where there is more acceptance, at least by the government.

i don't know .. i hope they do.. but on the same hand.. i hope the pastor or priest performing it are allow to say weather or not they will.. in other word if a priest is uncomfortable doing this he is allow to say no with out getting sue.. where as a judge should not have this right.. because if they make it a law .. he is the law and should up hold it.. that way church and state separated... that is how it is in schools.. right

Church is more powerful than the goverment, as long as they exist, they will do the impossible to keep those rights for heterosexula couples only..I am an open minded person and think everyone should have the same rights...we are all human but there is still alot of work to do.

And only a person with very conservative and limited view (Huckabee) would say that if gay marriage is allowed, next will be animals. Come'on, this is an educated man talking! But then again, he did state that if we can't change the bible, we should change the constitution of the United States. I sure hope nobody votes for him, or we are back in dark ages!

I dont think they ever will, not because i dont think they should but just because its how our government is and i just dont ever see it changing. I myself think they should cause who are we to past judgment on other ppl?...Who are we to say ';well you cant have this or that because you like the same sex';? Even if you are some kinda ';holy roller'; and you and your church dont believe in that lifestyle thats ur right but its not your right to judge others. (btw im not saying just church going ppl past judgment on these ppl just using that as a example)
