No, couples should get along. If they fight this just means they are not right for each other. I know, I divorced the hard headed heathen I was married to.Is it rare for couples not to fight.....?
I think it depends on the individual. Some people are more prone to arguing and want to be right all the time, some people aren't that worried about it. My hubby and I don't really fight. Sometimes we'll have intense discussions, but we never raise our voices, engage in name-calling, or belittle the other person.





Chris Brown is an abuser who is attempting to do some damage control to his tarnished reputation and should not be looked on as ';normal';. Normal couples don't beat each other to within an inch of their lives or threaten to kill their partner. Just because he watched his stepfather do it to his mother doesn't mean we should all excuse him and take pity on him.
Yes, it is rare for couples to not fight. If they don't fight, they keep it bottled up inside and then it all comes out at once and they beat the hell out of each other.
