They are restricted concerning adoption but adoptions do happen in many states.





They CAN be involved with artificial insemination. No limits at all.





Oh yes, they CAN procreate naturally. Often they get into a straight relationships for that reason only.
Govt should not even be involved with this issue. But no, same sex couples can not procreate naturally. With the divorce rate over 50%, just abolish marriage all together. Make it simple.
