If we're gunna see pairings soon i think Ten Ten would either be with Neji or Rock Lee. Sakura will admit she loves Naruto. Kiba will take Hinata as his girlfriend and we also might see Temari and Shikamaru married. This is just my opinion.Who are the naruto couples?
As far as canon goes, the adults are really the only ones who've ever seen in definite pairs - everybody's parents, Azuma and Kurenai had a baby together, etc. Of the kids, everybody's got an unrequited crush on everybody else, but nobody's dating. I guess the biggest thing is that Hinata just confessed to Naruto that she loved him, but we don't know how he feels yet (he's a little busy fighting the Big Bad who just bombed the whole village and killed, like, everybody).
AsumaxKurenai, but Asuma is dead.
Besides that, nobody is actually dating, unless you count the frogs. That would be FukusakuxShima.
