It is good as long as there are rules, We make love with each other and we have sex with others. We are able to keep it separate without any emotional attachments to others, when we are swinging, the others are just for sex. For us it keeps our marriage strong. some friends have not been able to handle it. If you are curious and decide to try it, you need to take it slow at first.

We've been swinging now for about 6 years and just like everything else you do for a long time, it has it's ups and downs. Swinging is not something that should be done just to get laid or as a fix for a failing relationship. It should be an addition to a very strong and secure relationship. Some of the worst experiences we had were with other couples that were having problems. They would fight, disagree or whatever and we would get stuck in the middle and feel awkward.

I've been a swinger for over 20 years and it works great for my wife and I. One word of advise though..... it's all about giving to your partner, not just getting laid. You both need to be completely unselfish and accepting of each other. It also helps if move into it slowly and be completely open and honest with your spouse/partner and any playmates you enjoy. It's a lot like dating in that you'll have to weed out the bad apples..... but the excitement and the rush are unbelievable! Good luck!
