Couples answer only: what are your favorite movies to watch together?

My hsband and I watch movies together all the time - he's pretty good at watching a variety of movies (I am, too). Here are a few we watched and really enjoyed - enough to buy them.

INVENTING THE ABBOTTS: Set in the 1950s, Inventing the Abbotts is a dramatic look at the life of two boys from the wrong side of the tracks and their interaction with the three daughters of local aristocrat Lloyd Abbott. The boys, Jacey and Doug have only 3 things in common: their family, table tennis and chasing the Abbott sisters.

THE REPLACEMENTS (2000): When the NFL football team, the Washington Sentinels, goes on strike, the team's owner, Edward O'Neill (Jack Warden), calls former NFL coach Jimmy McGinty (Gene Hackman) out of retirement to coach a rag-tag team of replacement players to finish the season's last four games; and the cheerleading squad captain has her own owrk cut out for her - trying to get a squad together and ready for the first game. (GREAT MOVIE!)

THE GLASS HOUSE (2001): Ruby soon learns that her new foster parents are not all they seem to be. Terry and Erin draw Ruby and an unsuspecting Rhett into deadly mind games and deceptions, and it becomes clear that Terry has set his sights on Ruby and Rhett's $4 million trust fund. When Ruby (Leelee Sobieski) and Rhett Baker's (Trevor Morgan) parents (Rita Wilson %26amp; Michael O'Keefe) are killed in a car accident, their carefree lives are suddenly shattered.

WILD THINGS: A high school guidance counselor is framed for raping two of his students...or is he? - be sure to watch AFTER the credits roll - the plot unfolds after that.

P.S. I LOVE YOU: A young widow discovers that her late husband has left her 10 messages intended to help ease her pain and start a new life.

FRIENDS WITH MONEY: A drama about three married women, their husbands, and their lone single friend. Stars Catherine Keener, Jason Isaacs, Timm Sharp, Joan Cusack, Greg Germann, Jennifer Aniston, Simon McBurney and Bob Stephenson.

LOVE ACTUALLY: Follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely and interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England. Stars Hugh Grant and Colin Firth.

NO RESERVATIONS (2007): The life of a top chef changes when she becomes the guardian of her young niece. Catherine Zeta-Jones, Aaron Eckhart and Abigail Breslin.

- just a few. We love action/drama/suspense as well but this is a good start. :)Couples answer only: what are your favorite movies to watch together?
my gf doesnt like to watch the same movies as me; i prefer darker, slower, more intellectual movies like mulholland drive and pan's labyrinth. while she prefers epics or romances. but we do like to watch superhero movies together, and pixar movies. we watched dark knight and wall-e and both enjoyed it, and will probably watch them again. also.....anything with a guy who is cool and sexy (for her) but also a guy that guys can watch and find funny, like will smith or brad pitt in fight club....
