I have never heard of relationship exercises, but I do know that you can do certain things in order to maintaina good marriage.

1. Eat at the table - We try to have a nice meal (At home) with candles and bottle of wine at least once a week and we get dressed up for it. We spend the time catching up with what each other has been up to and just chatting to each other. We have been married 8 years and have one daughter and this quality time makes all the difference.

2. Plan your future - When you sit down and talk about what you both want out of life, plan a journey that involves both your ambitions and aspirations, then set timed goals.

3. Hold Hands - Holding hands shows people that you are A unit. It also makes you both feel good and shows that you are proud to be in love!
There are some new relationship BOARD GAMES that are available on the market which might help improve communication skills between you are your husband. I saw them advertised on an internet site, but don't recall the names of any of them. Try doing a Google search to find out more.
I'll give you a good relationship excercise. You might think I'm full of crap, but it either works, or you kill each other.

Go canoeing. It will show you who is stubborn, who thinks they decide where the relationship is going and if you are struggling against each other. When you struggle against each other, you soon learn you get nowhere. When you get in sync, you cruise down the river!!

Good Luck!
