Try Travelocity, or Orbitz or one of the onther travel sites.
If you are looking for hostels in European cities (most inexpensive option), just search on the internet for your most viable option. Hostels.com, for example, has reviews and ratings of hostels in all three cities but there are numerous other travel sites. For Rome I recommend the Alessandro Palace. A little on the expensive side as far as youth hostels go but with good personel and a young exciting clientel.
You can check ';Europe from the backdoor';by Rick Steves.It has lots of suggestions for inexpensive hotels and hostels;hostels have a family room,it is more private and still inexpensive compared to hotels.check ';Guide to international hostels';

2-What is your Travel budget?


3-What amenities are you looking for in your accomodations?


4-When do you plan to go?
